French-based McPhy has initiated the process of selling its hydrogen refuelling station business and has entered exclusive negotiations with Atawey for its acquisition.
It comes as the company plans to reallocate its resources into electrolyser manufacturing.
Founded in 2012, Atawey designs, manufactures and distributes hydrogen refuelling stations. It currently boasts three different variants of stations. To date, it has installed 25 stations in France.
