Loop Energy has partnered with Canadian Power Solutions Provider H2 Portable to develop zero emission Gensets.
Loop has delivered the first three 50kW T505 fuel cell systems to H2 Portable, which will be integrated into hydrogen-electric gensets to provide clean, reliable and on-demand power at construction sites, movie sets and other locations.
The gensets are expected to begin field testing in 2023 and H2 Portable and its product development and manufacturing partner TYCROP will aim to scale production starting in 2024, to satisfy growing demand for hydrogen-electric power systems in Canada and the US.
