LONGi ships 20MW of electrolysers to Uzbek green ammonia project

LONGi Hydrogen has shipped four alkaline electrolysers to a 3,000-tonne green ammonia pilot project in Uzbekistan.

The Chinese electrolyser manufacturer’s four 1,000Nm3/h (~5MW) medium-pressure alkaline electrolysers will be installed at ACWA Power’s project to produce green hydrogen for use in ammonia production.

Having launched its new generation of alkaline electrolysers in 2023, LONGi said it will be able to showcase its operations and maintenance service capabilities through the project.
