Linde’s Juergen Nowicki joins ITM Power’s Board

ITM Power has appointed Juergen Nowicki as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from today (1^st November).

Nowicki is currently Senior Vice-President Commercial & Chief Financial Officer of Linde Engineering.

Linde confirmed last month (October) that it had acquired a 20% stake in ITM Power.

Commenting on the new appointment, Nowicki said, “I am delighted to be joining the Board as a Non-Executive Director following the Linde Engineering acquisition of a 20% stake in ITM Power.”
