UK-based developer of a hydrogen-powered multi-fuel, ultra-fast, off-grid, fixed and mobile EV charging solution, L-Charge, has revealed it has partnered with DAX Industries to launch a manufacturing hub for the solution in Riga, Latvia.
It is hoped by locating its manufacturing capacity in the EU, the partners will be able to leverage on the European common market, as well as Riga’s port on the Baltic Sea for export.
L-Charge initially launched its mobile charging truck which incorporated a ‘mini power station’ onboard which can use hydrogen, LNG or bio-LNG, as fuel. The company has said the trucks can be called by users to convenient locations via an app.
