Innovative hydrogen technologies developer KEYOU has been named as one of the world’s ‘Top 100 energy start-ups of the year 2020’.
Together with the German Energy Agency (Deutsche Energie-Agentur, Dena), the World Energy Council and with the support of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy, the Start Up Energy Transition (SET) initiative draws up an annual list of the 100 most forward-looking and innovative start-ups worldwide following a multi-stage selection process.
The prestigious ranking includes above all those companies whose technologies, solutions and ideas make an active contribution in the areas of energy system transformation and climate protection or – according to the SET initiative – ‘whose technologies can revolutionise the world’.
A total of almost 570 start-ups from 90 countries competed for this year’s SET Award.
