Kellogg’s completes three-week trial of hydrogen-powered cereal production

Kellogg’s has reportedly become the UK’s first food manufacturer to trial the production of cereal in a process powered by hydrogen.

As part of the UK Government’s £55m ($69m) Industrial Fuel Switching Competition, and under the HyNet Industrial Fuel Switching 2 programme, Kellogg’s has undergone a three-week demonstration using hydrogen power.
