Japanese major invests in hydrogen aviator ZeroAvia

Japanese industrial conglomerate Itochu Corporation has invested in US-UK hydrogen aviator ZeroAvia.

In an announcement today (July 9), Itochu said it had invested an undisclosed value in ZeroAvia and had been appointed the company’s sales representative in Asia.

The pair have also inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to see them collaborate across maintenance, airport infrastructure and hydrogen infrastructure in Asia.
