Having always been fascinated by really big challenges, Janice Lin has dedicated the last two decades to solving the biggest challenge of all, global climate change.
A distinguished leading clean energy changemaker, Lin believes hydrogen is a “gamechanger” in upping the world’s fight against climate change, and she is on a mission to accelerate the production of green hydrogen and use of it at scale.
The founder of mission-driven professional services firm Strategen (2005), co-founder of the California Energy Storage Alliance (CESA) (2009) and co-founder of the Global Energy Storage Alliance (GESA) (2014), Lin most recently founded the Green Hydrogen Coalition (2019) – an education non-profit dedicated to transitioning to a sustainable, carbon-free energy supply with green, renewable hydrogen.
The consortium has a purpose to accelerate multi-sectoral decarbonisation to combat climate change and a mission to facilitate policies and practices to advance the production and use of green hydrogen at scale in all sectors where it will accelerate the transition to a carbon free energy system.
