Vehicle manufacturers IVECO, Nikola Corporation and FPT Industrial have joined forces to accelerate emission neutrality of Class 8 heavy duty vehicles by deploying fuel cell technologies in North America and Europe.
The announcement comes just three months after CNH Industrial’s strategic partnership with Nikola, involving its IVECO commercial vehicles brand and its powertrain division FPT Industrial.
The newly announced partnership has a main focus to successfully deploy zero emission and heavy duty trucks to disrupt the industry with a new business model.
