ITM Power has agreed to supply proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolysers to Hygen Energy under a new partnership.
The Sheffield-based manufacturer will provide up to 200MW of electrolyser technologies for Hygen, which are focusing on decarbonising mobility, construction and hard-to-electrify industries and power.
The first phase of the agreement will see 50MW of Neptune Plug and Play electrolysers deployed across several projects. The second phase will introduce 150MW of large-scale modular electrolysers.
