H2 Green has secured a £500,000 ($618,122) grant as part of the Net Zero Hydrogen Fund (NZHF) to support the development of a green hydrogen hub in Inverness, Scotland.
H2 Green, a wholly owned subsidiary of Getech, has plans to construct a green hydrogen production, storage and fuelling facility with the aim of decarbonising transport in the Scottish Highlands.
The hub targets its first production in 2025, being powered by wind and solar PV devices backed by grid-connected renewable energy supply.
