By President Biden’s own admission, the IRA is a misnomer, less about tackling inflation and more about incentivising multiples sources of clean, green energy technologies.
The IRA is weighty legislation, running to a mammoth 755 pages. It’s no wonder we’re all still digesting much of it beyond the catchy headlines – policymakers included.
