Germany’s hydrogen ecosystem is continuing to flourish, with more orders for hydrogen distribution systems today (Feb 4) being placed in the country.
Confirming this, Hexagon Purus, through its wholly owned subsidiary Wystrach, said it has received a request for hydrogen distribution systems with type 4 cylinders to be used for industrial and mobility applications.
Valued at approximately €5.7m ($6.5m), the order will help the undisclosed “leading global industrial gas company” show how hydrogen can be used to decarbonise hard to abate sectors.
