A new memorandum of understanding has been revealed today (June 7) between IndianOil and the Gujarat Government that will see India’s first hydrogen dispensing facility as a clean fuel initiative at IndianOil’s Gujarat Refinery, the company said.
This facility is aiming to fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) and hydrogen buses that will be in operation between Vadodara and Kevadia/Sabarmati Ashram.
In providing the dispensing facility, a hydrogen infrastructure will be built in the surrounding region helping to ramp up hydrogen development and projects in regard to transportation.
