Iberdrola and Masdar have signed a partnership agreement to evaluate the joint development of offshore wind and green hydrogen projects.
The €15bn ($16.2bn) agreement will ensure the development of these projects in key markets such as Germany, the UK, and the US.
The two companies successful co-investment in the German project, Baltic Eagle, is a new milestone of this alliance and will achieve a further co-investment in relation to the 1,400MW UK East Anglia 3 offshore wind project.
