Iberdrola and Fertiberia have joined forces to push forward the Spanish hydrogen economy with a €1.8bn investment over the next seven years.
The two companies today announced a new partnership which could see the installation of 800MW of green hydrogen capacity.
As part of the innovative partnership, the companies hope that in the next year they will commission the first plant in Puertollano, which will become Europe’s largest green hydrogen complex for industrial use.
