Hydrom has signed a Project Development Agreement with DEME and OQ on The HYPORT Duqm project, designed to produce green hydrogen and ammonia.
The project is being developed by DEME Concessions and OQ, set to produce wind power and solar energy with a combined renewable power capacity of around 1.3GW in its first phase, increasing to over 2.7GW in the second.
It is expected to produce approximately 330,000 tonnes of green ammonia and more than 650,000 tonnes when the project reaches its second phase.
