Norwegian electrolyser firm HydrogenPro has announced Ellen Hanetho has stepped down as the Chair of its Board with immediate effect, as the company doubles down on its US focus.
Having overseen HydrogenPro’s listing on Euronext Growth in 2020 and its uplifting to Oslo Børs in 2022, Hanetho said the decision came after strategic decisions caused a difference of views.
Hanetho said, “As the Company has evolved, certain strategic directions have caused a difference of views, and I see it as natural to take the consequence of such differences and has therefore decided to step down.
