H2 View is set to open gasworld’s MENA Industrial Gases Conference in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on December 12-14, 2022, with a dedicated hydrogen session.
Dubbed, The Hydrogen Economy – Developments in the Middle East, H2 View will host the first session of the conference, focusing on the important role the region is set to play in the global hydrogen economy.
Having been highlighted as a potential key exporter of hydrogen and green ammonia in both a report from Siemens Energy, and the Hydrogen Council this year alone, the session hopes to bring the nascent industry to light, in a bid to assist it in reaching its potential.
The Hydrogen Council’s Global Hydrogen Flows report identified the Middle East as a ‘powerhouse’ exporter with extensive and large trade flows to Asia in the form of shipped hydrogen, ammonia, and synthetic kerosene by 2050.
