Hydrogen production and export facility planned for Norway

Plans for a brand-new hydrogen production and export facility have today (September 6) been unveiled for Mosjøen, Norway.

Gen2 Energy is behind the project, and it wants to start producing hydrogen in 2024.

Having inked an agreement with the Norwegian municipality of Vefsn for the effort, Gen2 Energy will gain access to two plots of land where the hydrogen developments will come to life.
