UK-based clean technology start-up Supercritical has completed its green hydrogen demonstrator at its Teesside facility.
The demonstrator will support the WhiskHy project, a collaboration led by Supercritical with Beam Suntory, and the Manufacturing Technology Centre, part of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult.
The project is funded by the Net Zero Innovation Portfolio under the Green Distilleries Competition and will combine traditional whisky production methods with zero-emission technology.
