HyCC selects partners for green hydrogen project H2eron

Hydrogen Chemistry Company (HyCC) has contracted KraftanlagenEnergies and Services and Nel for green hydrogen project H2eron.

HyCC has selected Kraftanlagen for the basic design and engineering (FEED) of the plant, and has placed an order for the supply of 40MW of alkaline electrolyser equipment from Nel for about €12m.

The 40MW plant in Delfzijl, the Netherlands, is set to produce its first hydrogen in 2026, to support the production of sustainable aviation fuels (SAF).
