Hog Lick Aggregates (HLA) has agreed to participate in the Appalachian Regional Clean Hydrogen Hub (ARCH2) project following its successful US H2Hubs application.
HLA, through its affiliate Clean Fuel Services (CFS), will develop the clean fuel services depot adjacent to the HLA quarry in Fairmont, West Virginia, as part of ARCH2.
The depot will provide a “one-stop-shop” for customers transitioning heavy-duty and medium-duty trucks, and it will include a hydrogen storage and refuelling facility that will receive and redistribute hydrogen fuel produced from ARCH2.
