Hexagon Purus is continuing to aid in the decarbonisation of the maritime sector with the group joining the ZeroCoaster project study to support development of a hydrogen value chain, revealed today (Oct 18)
In joining the work package Zero Emission Compressed Hydrogen (ZECH), part of the ZeroCoaster study, Hexagon Purus will support the research, evaluation and presentation of zero-emission ship design solutions using alternative fuels.
Included within this is hydrogen which is seen as a promising candidate for zero-emission maritime applications on the path to net zero.
