Hexagon Purus has completed its acquisition of hydrogen systems provider Wystrach, the company confirmed on Wednesday (Nov 10), to create “the vertically integrated industry leader in hydrogen storage solutions”.
News of the takeover, which represents a step-change for Hexagon Purus, was first reported by H2 View in September.
Bringing its significant systems assembly capacity and knowhow, Hexagon Purus said Wystrach will complement its capabilities, improving the control of the value chain and accelerating time to market.
