More hydrogen fuel cell electric yard trucks are set to be deployed in North America later this year.
This was confirmed today (Oct 6), with Hexagon Purus stating it has received an approximately $2.1m order for the innovations.
Welcoming the order, Todd Sloan, President of Hexagon Purus Systems, said, “As the push for the energy transition continues, we are proud to see that our technology can enable customers to switch to clean-energy vehicles for demanding port operations.”
