As a means to further delve into the hydrogen industry, Hexagon Purus has acquired a 40% stake in cryogenic hydrogen storage technology Cryoshelter with a focus on liquid hydrogen.
Although the liquid hydrogen tank technology is at an early stage in its development cycle, Hexagon sees the potential of it within the industry and has moved early to secure future complementary capabilities.
The technology will be utilised within zero-emission mobility applications and could also complement Hexagon’s compressed hydrogen cylinder technology.
