Uptake of hydrogen-powered vehicles is set to skyrocket in the US following the news that President Joe Biden wants 50% of all vehicle sales in the nation to be zero emission by 2030.
It was announced on Thursday (August 5) that an executive order will be signed to set the ambitious new target, which will also kick off development of long-term fuel efficiency and emissions standards.
Similar plans are already underway in California, with the state targeting for all car sales to be zero emission by 2035.
