Australian-based hydrogen fuel cell EV manufacturer, H2X Global has today (September 26) announced the release of its first production Warrego all-wheel-drive pick-up truck, ahead of certification testing.
H2X has said the Warrego is now undergoing final validation and verification testing procedures in the Netherlands as it heads towards gaining European and global certification, with plans to commence certification testing in Australia.
The first release of the Warrego features a 60kW fuel cell connected to a hybrid battery electric drive system. H2 View understands the powertrain system is connected to a 700-bar type four hydrogen tank, which the company offers exceptional safety levels.
