H2Ref, a project which looks at the development hydrogen stations, has shared its findings from its most recent project.
The European project said that it aims to develop a hydrogen refuelling station which is cost effective, efficient and reliable for high-pressure hydrogen dispensing.
It aims to address the refuelling of 70 MPa passenger fuel cell vehicles by developing a new compression and buffering process. This process is based on the use of hydro-pneumatic accumulators, which provide a more reliable and economical solution.
