With the H2 View North American Virtual Hydrogen Summit drawing to a close, viewers had one last speaker to listen to, Terry Tamminen, President of 7th Generation Advisors.
Tamminen gave a passionate speech and revealed one unique method to both produce hydrogen whilst also reducing environmental pollution – turning sewage wastewater in green hydrogen through electrolysis.
Speaking on this, Tamminen revealed that sewage waste in Los Angeles can provide significant amounts of hydrogen for the industry, “Consider that there is enough hydrogen in the water discharged by the sewage treatment plants every day right here in Los Angeles alone to power the entire United States transportation fleet,” Tamminen told the H2 View event.
