H2 OnSet has announced a hydrogen power service providing film and TV productions with zero emission electricity power.
The “first-of-its-kind” solution was developed in consultation with those involved in film and TV production and will use low-carbon hydrogen suppliers, including a generator boasting a sustained AC power output of 165kW
The on-demand, drop-and-swap service generator will be built by Sommers Generator Systems – a Canadian distributor of standby, portable and towable power designed for industrial and commercial applications.
The first deployment of the H2 OnSet service will be in Toronto, Canada, anticipated to begin in the summer (2024) before launching in other major markets.
