Sebastian Koks Andeassen has been appointed CEO of Green Hydrogen Systems (GHS), effective 1st November (2020).
He replaces current CEO and industry veteran Niels-Arne Baden who will stay with the company as Senior Vice-President and Head of Strategy and Public Affairs.
GHS said the change is part of a planned transition of leadership.
“Sebastian brings an exceptional set of skills, drive and personal leadership that will be instrumental in the next leg of our ambitious growth plan,” said GHS Chairman Thyge Boserup.
