Geoenergy and green hydrogen company, Getech has today (December 14) announced it has completed the first step in developing the Inverness green hydrogen hub in Scotland.
In partnership with SGN Commercial Services, the two companies have completed the first step of converting a legacy natural gas holder site into a future green hydrogen storage and distribution facility, aiming for a Net Zero future.
Plans for the Inverness hub were revealed exactly a year ago today by H2 Green, with the hub anticipated to scale to produce eight tonnes of hydrogen per day.
