US hydrogen infrastructure solutions provider GenH2 has partnered with Norwegian-based Hydrogen Solutions (HYDS) for the production of liquid green hydrogen in Norway and the Nordic market.
The agreement comes as HYDS constructs small production facilities in Stord and Egersund to produce green hydrogen for maritime transport.
Thor Henrik Hagen, CEO of HYDS, said GenH2’s integrated liquefaction solutions represent a “game-changer.” Hagen added, “The solutions make it possible to produce liquid green hydrogen at competitive prices close to the users, without costly and complicated transport.”
