Gazprom Neft is nailing its colours to hydrogen as the Russian gas company this week said it wants to produce 250,000 tonnes of hydrogen by 2024.
As a part of this push, Gazprom Neft has joined a new hydrogen consortium aiming to support projects that develops innovative technologies for the production, transportation, storage and use of hydrogen.
With the company already producing 100 thousand tonnes of hydrogen at its technological sites, the gas company will lend its expertise in accelerating hydrogen adoption.
