Gaussin has selected the Nvidia Drive AGX Xavier platform to power its centralised intelligent driving system for its new, 100% hydrogen or all-electric ‘skateboard’ designed for class eight tractors and straight trucks.
The Nvidia Drive AGX Xavier delivers 30 TOPs (trillion operations per second) and, at its core, is the first ever production auto-grade Xavier SoC (system on chip) which incorporates six different types of processors.
This allows Gaussin to centralise its hydrogen skateboard architecture with it facilitating the integration of systems and opening doors to AI-powered solutions, using a single framework and interface.
