Strengthening its role in the global hydrogen economy, FuelCell Energy has joined Hydrogen Europe.
With more than 200 companies, 80 research organisations and 25 national associations as members, Hydrogen Europe encompasses the entire value chain of the European hydrogen and fuel cell ecosystem, and Fuel Cell Energy will now be a part of this.
As well as promoting best practices, helping to formulate effective public policy, and representing the interests of its members, the association also plays a pivotal role in fuel cell and hydrogen innovation through a unique public-private research partnership with the European Commission, The Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCHJU).
Commenting on the company’s new membership, Jason Few, President and CEO of Fuel Cell Energy, said, “We, at FuelCell Energy, have set our sights on becoming a leading global player in the distributed hydrogen production market.”
