The Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute (HHI) is part of a new research project that is exploring water electrolysis and how it can be improved so that hydrogen becomes a more widely available resource.
The collaborative project InnoEly started in May 2021 and is expected to run until April 2024 with it receiving an initial funding of €1.2m ($1.41m) from the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture.
