As part of an effort to offer hydrogen mobility solutions, Dutch energy solutions company Frames has acquired a 50% ownership stake in Twinning Energy.
Frames today (29th Jan) confirmed the acquisition, stating that its local green hydrogen generation systems paired with the of mobility solutions offered by Twinning Energy will allow fleet-owners to begin phasing out fossil fuels.
Commenting on the announcement, Jordi Zonneveld, General Manager at Frames Group B.V., said, “We are pleased to be able to bring Twinning Energy and Frames together.”
“We firmly believe that the sum of our experience and expertise will allow us to offer better and more cost-effective hydrogen solutions to our customers.”
