A first-of-its-kind hydrogen-powered harbour craft is to be developed in California, following a $2m grant awarded by the California Energy Commission (CEC).
Zero Emission Industries™ (ZEI), formerly Golden Gate Zero Emission Marine™, which will design, build and test the small-fast harbour craft, confirmed the news today (27th April).
With the newly announced $2m funds from by the CEC, ZEI has now been awarded over $5m in grants to bring its hydrogen technology innovations and ideas to life.
