Scottish-based Kellas Midstream has started front-end engineering design (FEED) work for its H2NorthEast hydrogen project in the UK north-east.
The project in Teesside, in its first phase will design and build a 355MW low-carbon hydrogen production facility and distribution system, which could be scaled up to over 1GW in a second phase by 2030.
