Extreme E, the electric rally championship which uses a hydrogen fuel cell generator to remotely charge its race fleet, has teased some of its calendar for its second season.
Brazil, Italy, Costa Rica, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Chile are all on the list for the rally championship which aims to drive awareness of climate change issues whilst promoting sustainability and the adoption of electric vehicles.
The series has just celebrated the midway point of its opening season – and what a season it has been. The season is made up of races across five formidable environments in 2021, including the Artic, Amazon Rainforest and Sahara Desert.
