Last month H2 View brought you the news of Cummins’ additional investment in Loop Energy following an initial investment in September 2019.
At the time, the provider of fuel cell electric range extenders for medium and heavy-duty transport, said that the additional investment would be used to further accelerate the company’s product development activities, project deployment and growth plans.
The investment, which was the second in six months, was seen as further validation for Loop’s fuel cell technology, commercialisation momentum and the growing recognition of the role of hydrogen fuel cells play in commercial transport.
