Everfuel has agreed to supply up to 10,000 tonnes of green hydrogen per year from 2028 to an unnamed German customer.
Under a Letter of Intent (LoI), the initial supply amount is expected to match the hydrogen output from an operationally optimised 100MW electrolyser.
The German customer will increase consumption of green hydrogen over time under its plans to decarbonise industrial processes. The LoI marks the first step towards a final commercial agreement between the two parties, which is conditional upon certain factors: the establishment of a Denmark – Germany hydrogen pipeline infrastructure connecting Everfuel’s production facility with the customer.
