Everfuel has entered into a strategic collaboration with ITOCHU and Osaka Gas to accelerate green hydrogen production.
Nel ASA has agreed to sell its shares in Everfuel, a total of 11,698,918 for NOK 116.6m ($10.6m), after reporting the holding in the company as a financial current asset, and it expects to book again in Q4 2023 of NOK 23m ($2m) related to the asset.
Japanese consortium, HyVC ApS, is the block buyer of the shares and will ensure the advancement of green hydrogen production, sharing related technology and expertise in the industry in collaboration with Everfuel.
