The development of additional hydrogen refuelling stations is set to take place in Norway to support heavy-duty long-haul trucks.
Hydrogen infrastructure developer Everfuel and grocery and catering wholesaler ASKO today (August 18) signed a deal to collaborate on the effort that will help ASKO become completely zero-emission by 2026.
Since 2019 ASKO has been trialling hydrogen as a fuel together with Scania and will now reapply this knowledge to its latest endeavour with Everfuel.
Under the plans, Everfuel and ASKO will provide mutual support for each other’s applications for public grants supporting funding of truck procurement and development of stations.
