The EU and Argentina have signed an agreement to step up cooperation on renewables, hydrogen and methane emissions abatement.
Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) the two will work together to develop and promote renewable energy and energy efficiency, as well as the use of hydrogen and its derivatives in applications such as industrial processes, transportation and energy storage.
It is hoped the cooperation will advance the energy transition and in-country creation and contribute to economic growth and sustainable local development.
