Element 2 and Pineapple Power Corporation have proposed a reverse takeover (RTO) for the purchase of all outstanding shares in Element 2.
The non-binding agreement will enable Element 2 to accelerate its network of hydrogen refuelling stations across the UK to support ambitious growth plans and the transition to Net Zero.
Element 2 has built a pipeline of hydrogen refuelling stations and provide a regular supply of fuel cell grade hydrogen to commercial fleet owners and operators, and engine testing facilities.
